It harmonizes itself in accordance with these five elements, regenerates itself, heals… everything and everyone. Since everything is under the influence of this principle, we humans are as well.
Qigong (“chi-GONG”) is an ancient Tibetan practice of learning how energy works in your body, balancing energy and cultivating “life force energy”. “Qi” is intended to flow smoothly and harmoniously throughout the Universe, nature, and even inside your body.
Qigong has simple, gentle movements, body postures, and breathing for shifting the energy by removing blockages and Unhealthy toxic Qi (energy) from various meridians or energy centres of the body. Most obstructions take the form of physical, mental, or emotional tension
These are done normally standing up in a completely relaxed manner with no stress to your body. In spite of being gentle, they result in great changes to your wellbeing and health, when done regularly!
It is based on three principles.
Movement

Breath

Intention
Brings it all together since Energy flows where intention goes
